I also heard that there is 2 different CPU XSCALE 400 MHz :
PXA 250 with FSB at 100 MHz
PXA 255 with FSB at 200 MHz

According to some testings, the PXA 255 is general around 20% faster.

Is the DELL XSCALE 400 MHz a PXA 255 or a PXA 250 ?? I have found nothing on
DELL website.
