How do determine if the CPU in my Pocket PC is ARM, MIPS or SH3 and what model?

Click on the Start button.

Click on the Settings button (or tab).

Click on the About Icon (if available).

Read what it says about Processor:

My Refurbished Dell puchased two weeks ago says : Intel (R) PXA 255

The PXA 255 is the newer and fast chip. Some older Dells have the PXA 250
