Black has the option of Qe3+, going into a 3 pawns vs knight game. It appears
from analysis that after the queens are off, white cannot stop all the pawns. I
don't know whether it's possible to win without trading queens (doesn't look
like it), but it appears certain that Qe3+ will win. However, programs are
reluctant to play it.
