Yes, I have info on this computer. The Cosmos is better than the GK2100(same as
Travel Champion) it is rated master by ICD. I have'nt been able to beat the
Cosmos the last six days after receiving it Oct 30th. Basically it has the same
features as the GK2100/Travel Champion other than the Bronstein timing.
Perhaps the opening book has been slightly modified from the Travel Champion.
I am rated 1616 USCF and at the 30 sec level I hold the GK2100 to a draw 7/10
games. But so far has been unable to hold off the Cosmos! Saitek rep told me
today that the Cosmos has 32K ROM and 4/8K RAM therefore hashtables.
At $89.95 ICD have the lowest price on the Cosmos, a peg unit that is I strongly
recommend for amateurs not ready to take on the strong software programs that
now cost less than the Cosmos. Good luck!
