Hereby i salute Ed and Lex for making the apparent mission impossible of Rebel
under Windows possible after all, and of course this goes to those anonymous
figures who have been helping out behind the screens.

Well done guys, and thanks for more pleasant Rebel-chess for years to come;
Rebel is now futureproof.
