Some people may scoff at the notion - but I have been watching chess computers/programs play for along time (over 20 years) and I would make a rather large wager that my first statement is true. How far north , it is not totally clear - the 400 Mhz is over 2500 IMO. The next time I'm at the club, I will see if I can get one of our masters rated above 2300 to give it his opinion (by playing afew games). That may happen tomorrow, if so I will post the games. > >I'm also interested in getting a PDA Pocket Chess Computer so I can download a >set of games off the internet and analyze/play through the games.
