And my source code still backs up nicely on a single 1.4MB in a few minutes with cp -v -u etc --reply=yes. Floppy drives are still useful even though IBM(?) have been trying to kill them off for years. Like a computer chess program they will just not lie down and die gracefully. Frank (I know you can make a boot CD ROM, but ....).
