Rebel10 did a draw with mark young(mark young is less than an expert) in his
first game and I think that it is less than a grandmaster result.
It was not tournament time control but long time control give advantage for the
human and not for the computer.

I think that if masters will play for a draw against top programs you will see
less than a grandmaster result easily.
