Subject: Palm Pilot vs PC

If pocket Fritz is playing on the same hardware as fritz playing on a PC for ex
Fritz 8 on a 400 mhz 32 ram pc vs a 400 mhz 32 ram palm pilot pocket fritz,  can
i exspect around the same proformance? Before i invest in a palm i would love to
know this answer. Any help would be great.
