PDA's are not PC - I'm not an expert in this arena but there are other
differences that impact the engine speed - differnt OS, different bus speeds
different memory speed etc - PDA are not as powerful as PC same Mhz versus same
Mhz  -- that is just the wy it is and that is easliy observed ... but that may
be differnt with older pc's a 1.7 Ghz is more than powerful 17x -   P100 because
if other improvements ...my guess is that would be slower from obersvation that
a 400 Mhz PDA might be 1/10th of a P3 1.2 Ghz -- but a P3 1.2 Ghz was also more
than 3x faster than P2 400 Mhz - how much faster I'm not certain, but there is
no doubt in mind that a 400 Mhz PDA will not be the same as 400  Mhz P2 ..not
really close...
