You can not compare two computer (in this case a PC and a PDA) on theirs spead
un mhz.

You can even not compare a pentium with an anthlon for the same reason, there is
lot of other things involved.

I will give you an exemple (one within lot of others)

if the cpu A do an addition in say 1 cycle and the cpu B do it in 2 so the cpu A
is faster than the cpu B in additionning.

You must also consider bus speed memory access speed, cache, ...
