Also, I don't blame the Athlon. I don't think the CPU itself is that hot. In fact, IIRC things were not too hot before I had 4 hard drives, a DVD-RW, and a CD-RW drive in there. Now I am seeking the simplest way to make *this* case cooler (not get a new case). I cannot get a larger case due to room issues. The case I have is pretty standard size (mini ATX?), with 4 5.25" bays, 3 3.5" bays, and openings in back for 7 add-on cards. It's not tiny.
