Very long is meaning: hours for only one position. But also then is would be better to buy a faster CPU for that Money. A CPU is for Chess the better scaling part. Meaning: Hash is very important, but twice hash size don't help you twice like it would be by the CPU-Speed. For Example: 2,4 GHz+ 2 GB Hash is as good as 2,6 GHz with 1 GB Hash (for long time analysis). I think that quite realistic. regards Patrick
