With further testing, it seems that another program was behaving badly and was
eating some CPU resources even when it was not active.

The latest measures show that the TigerMark index on Tungsten-T3 is between 3.40
and 3.46.

So the Tungsten-T3 is as fast as the Tunsgten-C.
