I don't use DS 7.04 because I always have that problem ... It will my all the book moves but then won't make another move. I have seen similar things happen to Rebel 12 ... but it is my guess that some how it not installed properly. To fix my problem with Rebel 12 ... I had to uninstall all of my programs. Maybe that was the long way ... but I am up and running. I am also the one that message you about your problem on ICC.
