I do not think you can.  Pocket Fritz 2 is a Shredder program.  From the Classic
Shredder GUI (non Chessbase GUI),selecting the Opening book you wish to create,
go to menu option: >EXTRAS>OPENING BOOK>EXPORT OPENING BOOK.

Selecting the Shredder book Shredder6.bkt which is 78MB in size, will create a
Pocket Fritz book of about 5MB.  I have no idea if it has all the moves, but I
belive it does.
