Subject: Rebel 12 problems

I have played near 150 games on FICS and ICC with the new Rebel 12, and it
constantly loses on time. The problem is the interface and the server are out of
sync somehow. In games where the engine stops moving, it recieves a different
move played in the game window than what was actually played, thus the engine
thinks there is a different position on the board than what is actually there.

I have seen this in almost all the games.

No other engine is affected by this though. Chess Tiger, and Deep Sjeng play
without fail...

What could be causing this? I have the full download version, and it was a new
installation, no previous version of ChessPartner was installed. I am using
Windows XP Professional (bug existed on Windows 2000 as well).
