Yes - I think it actually referred to Ivory Flakes, a laundry product based upon
Ivory Soap.  I worked as an engineer for Procter and Gamble for about two years
(1966-70, with two years off for military service) and was initially assigned to
soap packaging.  I am surprised that anyone on this list (besides me!) was old
enough to remember.
