Subject: Simple position too difficult for me?

The testsuite mes400.epd contains the line

[D]1k6/2p5/B7/4Np2/8/8/6p1/6Kb w - - bm Nc6+; id "MES.0372";

indicating that only Nc6+ is the best move.
I don't understand this.
I suppose the result is a draw. Am I right?
If so, is Bd3 not just as good?
Or can Black win in that case? If so, how?
