No, Nc6+ wins while Bd3 draws.

1. Nc6+ Ka8   forced
2. Bc8 f4     forced
3. Ba6 f3     forced
4. Kf2 g1=Q+  forced
5. Kxg1 Bg2   If 5...f2+ then 6.Kxh1 and win
6. Kh2 Bf1
7. Bxf1 Kb7
8. Bb5 Kb6
9. Ba4 and wins.
