If someone wants to go out in a final burst of fireworks, fine, they can post it
here, I'm not disputing that.  If some random guy wants to have his account
deleted of some neutral reason, like they are moving to China for three years, I
think they should be able to do it, and the way to do it should involve sending
mail to that address.

So as far as I can tell we are not in disagreement on this issue.
