Interesting post, although I have a few questions... (Note: I just downloaded
the trial version of Bookbuilder, so I'm not familiar with it yet.)

(1) Can Bookbuilder be used to solve chess in some clever way? I'm not familiar
with how Connect 4 was solved...

(2) By what mechanism can Bookbuilder conclude/prove that 1. e4 is so good? Just
by analyzing leaf nodes of opening lines? How is this different than the Chess
Analysis Project (CAP)?

(3) Do you attribute your dramatic increase in playing strength to merely
opening study?
