WOW this is quite an undertaking. May I ask the reason for the rewrite?  New
data structure? messy code?  Does the new version already contain all of the
knowledge of CT 15?  i.e. is it twice the speed with the same knoweldge or is
the added speed due to an incomplete knowledge pool?
