A suggestion in good spirit but it won't fly, believe me. :)

People specify times w/o timezones, temperatures w/o the unit (very funny
between Europeans and Americans), store dates without the century (it still
happens, but then what do you expect of people who even use a shortcut
(Y2K-problem) for the year-2000 problem?), Americans use 12-hour time w/o
specifying am/pm when they talk with each other and of course CCC-readers post
results of engine matches w/o specifying the CPU etc. In short: humans are lazy
and always will be. :)
