The one you should try to get is the original published by Oxford softworks. I
believe I saw some number of them in a famous chess store in London,
Chess&Bridge or so is the name. But not sure.
If you cannot get it there or elsewhere you have only one more chance: a
compasive soul with the original stuff prepared to burn a copy for you.
