No. The point of my post, in total, was that people should be allowed to resign from CCC, and the mechanism by which they do it should be an email to icd@icdchess.com, assuming of course that it is convenient for Steve and/or Tim to do this. I do not believe this is a controversial statement. I simply expressed disagreement with Amir's comment that there was no reason for people to be allowed to have their account deleted. This was not about the thing with Moritz, it was very simply about the right to leave CCC should one wish to do so. If someone wants to write something in CCC to explain why they are going, this is a different issue entirely, and I wasn't addressing this in this sub-thread. >I didn't expect your tears when Moritz left, but all the above is an exercise on >cynicism. >Bruce: you blew it as a moderator a thousand times by attacking Ed, Dirk, >Moritz, me, all the founders as a group, by emailing third parties about >moderation issues with your usual malevolent interpretations. You are giving me a hard time here because I sent email to some unspecified person and you saw it. I think this is a really weird thing to complain about. Please tell me to whom this mail was sent, and I'll take up the issue of their forwarding it to you, with them, off-line. I did not attack you guys, as a group, I disagree with two decisions you made, as a group. I bring up these two disagreements when I am unable to avoid doing so. This is not, contrary to your opinion, the same thing as an attack. bruce >I do not trust you as an attacking-moderator. > >To this extent we disagree. > >Enrique > >>bruce
