I play short matches so again I assume there is not much booklearning anyway. Where Thorsten has trouble fitting in the Fail High reductions like here in Betazoid 5sr I have set [Pruning = MISC_09] [Pruning = MISC_10] [Pruning = MISC09_2.00] [Pruning = MISC10_4.00] ,for the Betazoids I haven't yet found satisfactory settings for all the new options at the end of the list, with Strong Squares, Center Control and Bishop Mobility. [Selective Search = 130] I could probably take out since I later put in [Adjusted Selectivity MIDG = 4] * Maximum selective depth (midgame) [Adjusted Selectivity END0 = 4] * Maximum selective depth (early endgame) [Adjusted Selectivity END1 = 4] * Maximum selective depth (endgame) [Adjusted Selectivity END2 = 3] * Maximum selective depth (simple endgame) Also for the same reason [Pruning = MISC_22] * Somewhat more safe Selective Search possibly isn't active anymore. (Haven't tested that) [Pruning = MISC_37] should be tested at longer timecontrols in games but isn't bad for analyzing at long timecontrols in my opinion, in the sense that it does not prune away moves that it possibly shouldn't, because it is an extension, not a pruning method. I found it speeds up solution times for tactical positions. Some changes like a somewhat larger value for the Rook, the daring [Mobility = 120], "Sex History Depth", the extremely undocumented and obscure [Pruning = MISC_01] * TREE: if (reduce & rd=0) goto tr76 I must admit I shamelessly copied from Thorsten's Macheide settings.
