If Bob Hyatt can stick around here and on rgcc with all the crap he takes, then I think perhaps he must have a thick skin. Some of us do have thin skin. On rgcc when I get attacked just because I say I think a chess program is good, I run and I cry. I don't like some jerk calling me names for no reason. But, as Bob indicated, on the Internet you get all kinds. And, yes, the written word is harsh. You can't see the smile. I remember sending an E-Mail to some one that I was trying to praise for writing a fine article. I was shocked to get a reply telling me in a very nasty way that I had insulted him! I don't write him anymore. After months I have started reading him again. I guess it was my loss. To those have have left: we lose and so do you.
