Subject: Idea: how to 'cheat off' one ply in some cases...

Suppose you are on last ply before quiescence... your current move produces
eval that carries it through cut-off into quiescence... but return from
quiescence fails low. Now: that position can be effectively written into hash as
position from next ply - on next iteration there will be no new moves (then from
quiescence, which we checked already) for that side...or am I missing something?
