Give him back his account (i am sure he will not WANT it , he will say: I don't
want to have it back) and than the story is over.
CCC has offered him to come back, and he will maybe say: oh - i thank you, but i
do not want it.

And than maybe we have a clear situation again.

Hopefully before christmas.
