Both are time control issues:

MISC_15 -> will more often go to the next iteration instead of given its move.

[Time Control = 130] -> will use 30% more time than the default (100) setting. I
made this parameter to tune Rebel's time control algorithm, if you think Rebel
plays too fast use a value > 100, if you think Rebel too often is short in spare
time then use a value < 100.

Both options are proven bad when there is no permanent brain. I haven't tested
both options using auto232 (thus with PB) but my expectation is they both will
not work either.

Time will tell.
