I made this parameter to tune Rebel's time control algorithm, if you think Rebel plays too fast use a value > 100, if you think Rebel too often is short in spare time then use a value < 100. Both options are proven bad when there is no permanent brain. I haven't tested both options using auto232 (thus with PB) but my expectation is they both will not work either. Time will tell.
