If I had about $2,000 to throw away, I would probably be at the WCCC this year, if I also had about 2 weeks to throw away near the end of a school semester. So the "putting his money where his mouth is" is just jargon. It is easy to do when the cost is minimal and time is not important. Unfortunately, that isn't the case for _all_ of us. However, I'll be at the next CCT on ICC. And I am on there every day.
