Also inside of your Ruffian folder, there should already be a Ruffian.CFG file
containing these settings:

RESIGN 900
KEEP_HASH 1
HASH 128M
EGTB_HASH_SIZE 4M
LOGFNAME "log.txt"
BOOK "Ruffian.bok"
TB_PATH "d:/nalimov/"
