Uri,
I don't think the engine can decline book moves forced from the Fritz GUI so
no engine fix will make it right. I'm not sure an engine should oversee book
moves, better I think to filter/analyze the lines before entering them into
book. However, let us say that it's a design option for the author when he knows
the GUI will not commandeer the opening phase.
