I believe it's possible.

Try the folowing: File/New/Tournament, then name the tournament, invite the 6
engines and then check the box saying 'Opening DB'.Press the 'Opening DB' and
select a database with the starting positions. (This is to say you need the
database, say MyOpening.ctg, in order to do this).

I use the same with Engine Match, where it corresponds to a shootout with two
engines.

I hope this is what you mean.
