I agree with GCP, CT kills most opponents at fast time controls, but at longer
TC's the score either evens out or CT loses against the same opponent (sometimes
it wins of course, but not remoteley by the same margin as in bltz)

Now if this observation is true, does this mean that tiger is unbalanced or is
it only "all" the other engines that "suffers" from this?
