Basically you need Windows NT, 2000 or XP You can then do the following linkup: Auto232 from Fritz over a "pipe" (internal software connection not requiring COM ports) to a little program freely available but whose name I have forgotten, which basically links up to Fritz at one end but pretends to be a winboard engine at the other end. You plug this into Winboard or Arena as your "winboard engine" and connect to ICC from there. Somewhat involved, but it works.
