Actually it needed 27 minutes to find a mate in 3 on P4 2.53 GHz ...
I ran it in the background, forgot HT size. I saved this:

It is a null move issue (with slightly different eval and/or search rules, it
can be found very fast).
Qa7 was refuted at depth 11 by:
