My Picks 1) Chess System Tal 2 - Very very interesting to play against, really. Top notch entertainer in my opinion. Of course you will have to play against it on your own to enjoy its engine, rather than pit it against other comps - which is totally not for this program. 2) Junior 7 (if you are lucky enough to find it nowadays) -really a reckless, but purely exciting program. Want wide open, sacrificial games? Play Junior 7; you will, in about 2 in 3 games. 3) HIARCS 6 - Old, but really a predator that wont give you a break! When things are going well (almost most of the time for this program), it attacks beautifully. 4) Gambit Tiger 1 / 2 = For me GT 1 is weaker in Comp-Comp play, but more exciting to play against (which means it is more reckless IMHO) than GT2. 5) MCHESS PRO - For a long time a bona fide aggressive program.
