Not exactly. It has it also. You should be able to run the program just fine in
Win98, but if you aren't satisfied, then just exit to MS-DOS.

Most programs, even when running off of the CD, install some elements on your
HD. It can be anything from a few files to just some necessary .dlls That is
what gets de-installed.
