Certainly Rebel 12 is one possibility. Some people could suggest Chess Tiger as
well.

 Other interesting human-like engines are:

  1) commercial: Deep Sjeng 1.5. This plays like a human who loves simple chess.
Crystal-clear style, excels in positions with spatial advantage. Very nice
engine. The author, I think, is a great programmer.

 2) freeware: Ktulu. This plays like the late world champion Emanuel Lasker in
his craziest days. Very complex , ¨psychological¨ chess, full of tactical
tricks, not always solid. Loves wildly unbalanced positions. Wins lots of ¨lost¨
games. Plays fairly well the endgame. Absolutely unique style, an astonishing
engine. The author, I guess, is a sorcerer.
