It certainly looks like a null move issue to me! :)

47s... GLC 3.00 with null move on:
  12  46.807 +Mate04 100560k  Rxc3 Nb3 2. Rxb3 Kd5+ 3. Rg3+ Kc5 4. Rf5#

15s... GLC 3.33 (devel version with more null restrictions) null move on:
  10  15.412 +Mate04  28739k  Rxc3 Nb3 2. Rxb3 e3 3. Rxe3+ dxe3 4. Bc3#

6s.... GLC 3.00 with null move off:
  7   6.229 +Mate04 9491034  Rxc3 Bf3 2. Re3 Nb3 3. Bxb3 dxe3 4. Bc3#
