AFAIK the only way is with Fritz open help about Fritz 8. Which is where I also
assume your number came from.

Latest version is the WM Edition
http://www.chessbase.com/shopd/index.asp?cat=Fritz+Schachprogramme which has a
date of Sept 21/03. It also comes with a Fritz 8 engine version of 8.0.0.26
