I do not agree.
I do not think that programmers should have more rights to make negative
comments against other programmers.

Maybe a better solution is going to be if posts will be allowed only after
moderation.

Today the moderators can delete posts but they can do it only after the demage
was done.
Maybe it is better if the moderators read posts before they accept them(we may
need more moderators).

It may be not convenient to people because of delay in the posts but
the second possibility have other demages.

I am realistic and I do not expect something like this to happen but I think
that the right of people not to be attacked is more important than the
convenience of getting the post posted in the same minute and not slightly later
after the moderator accept it if the delay is usually only delay of less than an
hour.
