I also recommend CS Tal II. Very interesting chess! CS Tal II was designed to play humans and is supposedly not suited to play other programs. But a few days ago, I played CS Tal II vs. Fritz 4.01, (with "permanent brains" turned off). Both engines gave CS Tal a +0.75 through nearly the whole middlegame until a drawn endgame was reached at move 86. Fritz offered the draw. warm regards, Mike
