Jeroen offered only after seeing 0.00 at my screen and diep was at blitz 10 0 mode so had already played a move on my board within a few seconds. When that scrolled Jeroen directly offered a draw. So technically diep was already busy playing Rgf6 when drawing and i'm not sure about computer rules but in human chess a completed move cannot be put to another square unless it is an illegal move which it wasn't :)
