I have so far played Ruffian 1.0.5 304 games @ G/5min. There seems to be no real difference in rating between it and Ruffian 1.0.1. In fact at the moment it is 9 Elo points below the Ruffian 1.0.1 version in my database. I believe the author told the truth when he said it was just a few bug fixes. The scores so far: Ruffian vs Fritz 8 30-60 Ruffian vs Fritz 5.32 35-35 Ruffian vs Junior 8 12.5-27.5 Ruffian vs Hiarcs 8 25.5-26.5 Ruffian vs Junior 7 18.5-19.5 Ruffian vs Fritz 7 5.5-8.5 All games were played on 2 XP2400+ machines with auto232 & default settings. Ruffian played with the opening book that I got with Ruffina 1.0.1.
