This is Crafty 19.01 Chessbase.
WBEC tests are with the stronger Crafty 19.03(now 19.04) Winboard.

You should not compare this list with Leos tournament.
He has a Dual MP2400 at 40/40.

The CSS-ratinglist an Athlon 1200 at 10/10.

This is Blitz of course, they could as well test 5/5 on XP 3200+.
