Subject: SSDF CM testing: was CM8000 tested manually or not?

There are some contraddicting info here in several posts: many claim that CM8000
was tested manually.
Johan (a trustable source about CM issues :-) claims the opposite
(http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?322736).

Who is right? Some SSDF staff reply?

If Johan is right I don't see any good reson for not testing CM9000 in a similar
way.

May be the conditions of testing could be clarified here in advance.
