Question no.1: Why not setup TheKing in Shredder classic? It has a MUCH better
reputation concerning getting winboard/uci engines to work than CB GUI.

And I thought I were lazy... ;-)

The big answer is: The one who demands the test.
If I were SSDF tester and you some new name to me but asking "why don't you test
CM?" I give you the answer that CM does not play with auto232.

So if you still want CM to see in SSDF, you have to
- provide some *easy* ( = easy to understand and only few steps to take ) to
understand instructions on how to get CM work in some other GUI.
- prove that this setup does work without any problems concerning the SSDF time
control, hash table usage and permanent brain.
- make a reasonable suggestion which opening book to use without getting
advantages/disadvantages.

These are my ( if I were SSDF tester ) conditions when I would start testing CM.
So the answer can only be: It is YOUR business. :-)

Maybe they are tired giving the same answer again and again and again... ?
